Bring your skills in business administration to support the occupational health team looking after the health and wellbeing of our officers and staff!

As our Business Administration Manager, you will take responsibility for a team of administrators who provide vital support to the wider Occupational Health Team delivering health and wellbeing services to our organisation.

You’ll ensure that there is an efficient and effective administration service in place, delivering comprehensive and proactive clinical and business activities within the department.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with the development and management of the Occupational Health Unit and service
  • Ensuring an efficient, and cost-effective service is provided and maintained.
  • Guiding a team of administrators to deliver a customer-focused service, meeting the needs of the department.
  • Pro-actively finding solutions and improvements to the processes and ways of working within the administrative team

The must haves

  • Experience of undertaking and leading administrative activities within a large organisation.
  • Understanding of the Data Protection Act (GDPR) and medical confidentiality provisions
  • Ability to use your initiative to solve complex problems, meeting the needs of the force objectives and strategies
