Job Description

The right apprentice will have a passion for people, creativity, the environment, and learning.

You will be working alongside our Marketing, Technical Sales & Internal Sales departments, this role will offer a wealth of practical, invaluable knowledge about Sales, Marketing, Administration skills as well as the construction, water, rail industry and more.

Day-Day Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, handle complaints with professionalism, and escalate complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments when needed.
  • Assist customers with placing, modifying, tracking, or cancelling orders, and process payments, refunds, or other transactions accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring timely, accurate data entry and follow-up on unresolved enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support in using products or services, including basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments to support continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Stay informed on product updates, company promotions, and policy changes; attend training sessions to maintain performance standards.
  • Represent the company in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner across all communication channels.
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to social media content and promotional ideas when required.
