A training academy in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Business Administrator to provide exceptional service to customers. This role involves responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and performing data entry with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. The position includes a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship, with workshops and one-on-one tutoring provided.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication and organisation skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle tasks with professionalism.
Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course.
These workshops occur once every 2 weeks online.
You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager, and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. These may be online or in person at your place of work.
If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship.
