Business Administrator Apprenticeship Programme

During your apprenticeship, as well as learning and developing your academic knowledge, you will also gain knowledge and experience in all aspects of business administration. On completion of the programme you’ll have gained a recognised accreditation, that will offer you the opportunity to build a rewarding and successful career.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Support the BDM and Estimators in the MUC Winning Team.
  • Communicate with new and existing clients to provide regular updates.
  • Manage the Tender List.
  • Manage the project folders.
  • Issue and manage requests for quotation from Civil and specialist contractors.
  • Support in preparation of documents for tender bids.
  • Attend client meetings both on Teams and in person as required.
  • Attend JMS offices as required.

What qualification will I receive through the apprenticeship?

As part of this apprenticeship, you will follow the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard which takes 18 months to complete.

Where will I be based on the apprenticeship?

For this apprenticeship you will be based in our London OfficeHiview House, Highgate Road, London, NW5 1TN.

What do I need to be considered for the apprenticeship?

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C/ 4-9(or equivalent)
  • You don’t need to have previous experience for the role, but you do need to be ready to learn, have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude!
  • Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable. Please note, that we do not provide sponsorship.
