An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the Health Records Department at The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.

The role of a Health Records Clerk involves ensuring all case notes are available for patient events within the Trust, including emergency and elective cases. Those with a driving license over the age of 21 will be included in the driving rota for delivering urgent and elective case notes, using a supplied vehicle.
You will be trained in the Medical Records main library environment. Once trained, you will also be involved in reception duties, being the first point of contact for patients attending appointments, ensuring demographic details are correct on the PAS system.
Candidates Must Have
Original certificates are required as proof of these qualifications.
Candidates with GCSE Grade D/3
Ineligible Qualifications
Applicants who have previously started or partially completed a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship should declare this on their application.
