Job Overview

MIT Skills Sports Hub is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to provide essential administrative support to our Sport Study Programmes team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the Sports Hub.
  • Maintain and update electronic databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Keep files and records well organised, ensuring they are accessible and up to date.
  • Deal with incoming mail, emails, and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide support with document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and managing calendars where required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the Sport Study Programmes and sites runs efficiently.
  • Undertake any ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.
