  • Researching, identifying, and attracting high-quality prospects within this target-focused role.
  • Supporting our field-based Recruitment Managers, you’ll be expected to create recruitment opportunities through proactive outbound engagement with our marketplace utilising different marketing tools and strategies.
  • Engaging with prospects over the telephone to develop relationships and discuss the opportunity to join our Partnership.
  • Acting as an ambassador for SJP, ensuring that appropriate processes are followed to enable effective engagement with prospects in a controlled and professional manner. Thus, maintaining the image and reputation of SJP and the Partnership.
  • Maintaining and developing knowledge of the industry and marketplace to enhance recruitment efforts.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re open-minded about the background of the individual we’re looking for.

You may come from a financial services or recruitment background or more generally a target-focused or sales role.

You may be a recent graduate with an eagerness to develop a rewarding career with a leading FTSE 100 Wealth Management organisation.

What’s important is a positive attitude and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with others, to build and develop relationships and work collaboratively with your colleagues.
