What you'll do:
As a Business Acceptance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm's risk with regard to new business acceptance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include initiating and analysing conflict checks for new matters, conducting customer due diligence, and assessing risk of clients and matters. You will also advise the firm's lawyers on legal and reputational risks of new business, ensuring that professional rules and relevant laws are complied with at all times.
