  • CPA, ACCA, CIMA designations are advantageous.

  • Manage and execute Citco’s 3-year Business Development and Sales plan for Europe and the Middle East.
  • Maintain an effective BD and Sales pipeline targeting strategic opportunities.
  • Manage and measure performance of the BD and Sales teams.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline process in collaboration with European MDs.
  • Lead strategic initiatives for market penetration and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure high-quality output from the BD and Sales functions in Europe.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 15+ years of experience in the Alternative Funds Industry.
  • Minimum 10+ years of demonstrated senior leadership experience.
  • Effective communication skills, including negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Proven success in new business generation with sustainable year-over-year growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the alternative fund industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and a track record in people development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative, change management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues when appropriate.
  • CPA, ACCA, CIMA designations are advantageous.

Your Role:

  • Manage and execute Citco’s 3-year Business Development and Sales plan for Europe and the Middle East, aligned with global objectives.
  • Maintain an effective BD and Sales pipeline targeting strategic opportunities, including new launches and conversions.
  • Manage and measure performance of the BD and Sales teams, focusing on sales activity, revenue forecasting, profitability, and reporting.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline process in collaboration with European MDs, SMEs, and business managers.
  • Lead strategic initiatives for market penetration, sales campaigns, and proactive lead generation.
  • Maintain communication with senior management, Citco MDs, and peer groups.
  • Ensure high-quality output from the BD and Sales functions in Europe.
  • Manage risks associated with the BD and Sales processes.
  • Report on revenue, timesheets, expenses, and other KPIs to senior management.
  • Build and measure the success of the European feeder network across lines of business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance Citco’s brand through events and conferences.
  • Work with PR to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate RFPs and new business proposals.
  • Create and promote product branding and marketing materials.
