Overview:

We're looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme. As part of our client-side Business Analysis practice, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to bridge the gap between current and future business states. You'll drive change, build consensus, and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

Your Role:

• Experience in Financial Services, in Credit & Lending, Banking, or Investments.
• Experience working in an agile project team, familiar with tools like Confluence and Agile Central.
• Agile Business Analysis training or qualifications.
• Knowledge of applications used by Private Banking businesses and shared Group applications.
• Engagement with Product Owners, Legal, and other functional groups to stay informed about the project.
• Acting as a role model and coach across the wider team and functional partners.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a BA role with evidence of business and technology change delivery.
• Experience working in agile teams, documenting requirements via User Stories.
• Proficiency in analysis techniques across all project lifecycle phases, both Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience implementing changes on Private Banking platforms.
• Skill in requirements identification, capture, prioritization, and balancing flexibility with certainty for safe product booking.
• Ability to identify dependencies, interfaces, risks, and issues affecting delivery.
