A financial services company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant to drive business analysis processes and lead improvements in their Build Alignment and Execution team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, utilizing Agile methodologies, and analyzing client needs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and certifications in Agile frameworks. As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Build Alignment and Execution team, you will own the end-to-end business analysis process, enforce backlog readiness standards, and lead execution oversight to drive continuous improvement. This position is based in a location within PNC's footprint, with responsibilities that require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis; some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Other locations may be considered.
Responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements; leading workshops and training sessions to enhance BSA capabilities; providing expert guidance on stakeholder management strategies; acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; championing a customer-centric approach to requirements management; providing guidance on Agile best practices; advising on process improvements to optimize Agile workflows; leading large-scale Agile transformation initiatives; refining Agile practices; fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing; serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams; participating in release management activities; and working with the SAFe Agile Framework and APIs/Microservices.

Successful candidates typically have a university/college degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,750.00. Salaries vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
