Job summary

Arriva Group is offering a two-year Graduate Programme designed to give graduates hands-on experience in operating bus services. You’ll rotate across areas such as service delivery, depot operations, network performance, customer experience, safety, engineering and workforce planning, learning how operational decisions are made and how the business works together to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Degree (2:1 preferred), strong 2:2 applications considered.
• The right to work in the UK permanently.
• Availability to join the programme in September 2027.
• Willingness to travel as part of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience of people, processes and decisions that keep bus services running safely, reliably and efficiently.
• Explore different areas of Arriva's bus business through rotations across service delivery, depot operations, network performance, customer experience, safety, engineering and workforce planning.
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and analysis of performance information.
• Develop operational, commercial and leadership capabilities while gaining experience across the business.
