Arriva Group is offering a two-year Bus Operations Graduate Programme designed to develop future leaders in large-scale public transport. You will gain hands-on experience across service delivery, depot operations, network performance and customer experience, while collaborating with experienced colleagues to understand operational decision-making.

Eligible graduates should have a 2:1 degree (2:2 considered), the right to work in the UK, and be available to start in September 2027.
