Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PSV Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy vehicle maintenance, specifically with public service vehicles such as buses and coaches.

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a range of PSV vehicles.
  2. Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  3. Conduct safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT tests.
  4. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  7. Proven experience as a PSV Technician or in a similar role.
  8. NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
  9. Strong knowledge of PSV systems and components.
  10. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
  11. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  12. Full UK driving license; PSV license is a plus.
  13. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
