A Fleet Lead is needed to help deliver a game-changing Bus Franchising programme within the Liverpool region!

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

We're searching for a Fleet Lead to join the Operations Team, driving the development and delivery of the fleet strategy that will underpin the successful rollout of bus franchising in the region.

  • Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Fleet management expertise (public transport & bus sector)
  • Experience creating a Fleet Strategy (decarbonisation/net zero goals, customer experience, operating efficiency, funding availability and procurement value for money)
  • Experience evaluating commercial tenders in transport or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of the transport operator business environment
