Pay Rates:

Trainee Driver – During Training (first 4-6 weeks): £12.21 per hour

After Training (Trainees)

• Monday to Friday: £13.74 (first 12 months), then £15.55 per hour
• Saturday: £14.64 (first 12 months), then £16.55 per hour
• Sunday: £15.54 (first 12 months), then £17.55 per hour

Fully Qualified PCV Drivers

• Monday to Friday: £15.55 per hour
• Saturday: £16.55 per hour
• Sunday: £17.55 per hour

Overtime: Paid at premium rates

• Regular pay reviews via pay negotiations.

Shift Patterns:

• 5 out of 7 rotating shifts planned, with 1 in 3 weekends off, including 1 in 6 as a long weekend (Thursday to Sunday)
• Morning shifts starting at 04:00, and evenings ending by 01:30.
• Overtime available on request.

Requirements:

• Hold a full PCV licence (if qualified PCV driver)
