Job summary

Colten Care is recruiting both trainee and experienced bus drivers to join the team in Scotstoun, Glasgow. You’ll be behind the wheel on varied routes, with a strong focus on passenger safety and excellent customer service. Trainees can start with a full UK licence (with up to 6 points); experienced drivers must hold a PCV licence.

Part-time contracts cap at 25 hours weekly. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a rota allocated immediately, with up to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays,

Trainee & Experienced Bus Drivers

Up to 25 hours per week

We love welcoming new and experienced Bus Drivers to our team in Scotstoun!

Do you fancy a change? We can offer you a rewarding career with a difference! Going out on the open road as a bus driver, you'll work on your own initiative and take ownership of your bus on its travels, looking after passenger safety and providing a great customer experience. You'll drive different routes, issue tickets anddrop people off at their destinations.

Join us as a trainee or experienced bus driver you and you will be earning £13 per hour. Part Time contracts are up to 25 hours per week.

Info for trainees

The minimum age is 18, with at least 6 months' driving experience. Don't worry if you've never driven anything bigger than a car before. We provide top‑class training on our modern, automatic buses.
