Job summary

Stagecoach Carlisle Depot is seeking trained bus drivers to join our team. Based at the Carlisle depot, you’ll drive our modern buses, delivering safe, friendly journeys and a high standard of customer service across community routes.

You’ll be part of a supportive network, with ongoing training and clear progression opportunities within a market-leading transport operator. We offer a permanent role with a competitive pay rate and a focus on safe, sustainable travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or over.
• Hold a valid PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive our buses safely and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every journey.
• Create a welcoming, respectful environment for all passengers.
• Be flexible with shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Support the team and contribute to a safe, efficient operation.
