Compass Travel Limited is seeking a Bus Driver to join our team in Alfold Crossways, Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed hours and a 4-day week structure, paid breaks, and a £17.00 per hour rate. You’ll enjoy breaks paid in full, on-site parking, and a friendly, open-door team culture.

The role requires a Category D licence and Driver CPC, plus a customer-focused, safety-conscious approach. Overtime opportunities and progression are available.

Job Description

Are you looking for a full‑time, permanent Bus Driver role where you're treated as an individual, not just a number? In a bus company with a modern fleet? Paid breaks? Free on‑site parking? Where set rolling rotas offer guaranteed hours and predictability? A 4-day working week (currently no Sundays and Bank Holidays)?

Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down‑to‑earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open‑door policy. We're smaller than many of the big operators which means our drivers get to know the people they work with.

Whether you're an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you're newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we'd like to hear from you.
