Job summary

Compass Travel is seeking full-time bus drivers for a permanent role. The operator offers guaranteed hours, paid breaks, and a 4-day week with no Sundays or bank holidays in Worthing/Brighton catchment.

You will join a small, friendly team with modern fleet and an open-door policy. Training and progression opportunities are available, along with discretionary travel passes after two weeks of employment.

Are you looking for a full-time, permanent Bus Driver role

Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down-to-earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open-door policy. We're smaller than many of the big operators which means our Drivers get to know the people they work with.

Whether you're an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you're newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we'd like to hear from you.

• £15.80 per hour Monday to Saturday
• £19.00 per hour if you choose to work on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Worthing or Brighton)
