Are you a qualified PSV Technician looking for a new opportunity with one of the big six truck manufacturers in the UK?

About the Role

At MAN Truck & Bus, we are seeking an experienced Bus & Coach Field Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based in Bristol, with travel across our South region as an essential part of the job.

Responsibilities

We would like to hear from candidates who have experience in similar environments and understand the workings of public service vehicles. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolving dealer and customer technical issues in the field, either onsite or via remote guidance.
  • Supporting the Regional CSM team with technical support issues.
  • Providing technical information and advice to dealers and customers.
  • Preparing and submitting technical in-service reports.
  • Maintaining a working relationship with the Swindon technical support department.
  • Attending technical support update meetings, Focus Market Meetings, and staying current with new technologies through training.
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing various workloads, planned or otherwise.
