Job summary

Alexander Dennis Limited is seeking an Assembly Operative in Scarborough to construct high-level assemblies for our bus products. You will work from engineering drawings and instructions, ensuring each component is built safely, accurately, and on time.

You'll collaborate with Team Leaders, Engineering and Quality teams to maintain a clean, efficient production environment and a strong safety culture. A hands-on approach and attention to detail will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Safety-focused with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-level bus product components from drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure assemblies are completed safely, accurately and on build time standards.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Engineering, Quality and teammates to maintain a safe, efficient production area.
