Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a Bursar for a school in Lincolnshire. The role is initially temporary with the view to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

You will bring experience as a School Business Manager/Bursar or senior education finance professional, and you must hold an up-to-date Child workforce DBS on the update service (or be willing to pay £57.49 for a new one).

• DBS on update service or willingness to pay for new one (£57.49).

Responsibilities

• Attend Senior Management/Leadership Team, full Governing Body and appropriate Governors' sub-committee meetings
• Negotiate and influence strategic decision making within the school's Senior Management/Leadership Team
• In the absence of the Head Teacher, take delegated responsibility for Financial and other decisions
• Plan and manage change in accordance with the school development/strategic plan.
• To lead and manage all school support staff
