Job Description:

About the role

The main purpose of the position is to provide technical support to installers and engineers working with Riello's products in fault diagnostics, equipment configuration, and spare parts selection.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Riello Ltd technical helpline
• Answering technical queries via telephone and email
• Providing technical support to Riello Ltd sales & service team
• Assisting with Riello training courses
• Assisting with technical burner specification works (hands-on)
• Updating internal technical files (website)

Qualifications and skills required:

• Proven background in mechanical and electrical environments, ideally with experience in forced draught combustion and burner systems
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
