Overview

Ground Burner Teesside – Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Ground Burner to join a busy refurbishment project based in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established site team working within a safety-focused, heavy industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out oxy-fuel cutting and burning operations on-site in line with project requirements.
• Supporting demolition and dismantling activities safely and efficiently.
• Working as part of a skilled team to process and segregate scrap metal and materials.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with site safety procedures and environmental standards.
• Conducting equipment checks and maintaining a tidy and compliant work area.

What We\'re Looking For

• A valid CCDO Demolition & Refurbishment Operative (DRO) Card
• Oxy-Fuel Cutting Certification
• Asbestos Awareness Training (in date)
• Proven experience working as a Burner or Demolition Operative within a heavy industrial or demolition environment
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and site compliance
