A local government authority in the United Kingdom is looking for a Burial Supervisor to oversee burials and provide compassionate services to bereaved families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience in the Bereavement Service industry. We oversee burial across six cemeteries city-wide, manage Canley Crematorium and Gardens of Remembrance, and provide related services including Public Health Funerals and post-cremation memorialisation. Under the general direction of the Senior Burial Supervisor, and with due regard for the needs of the bereaved, you will supervise burials, provide a caring and efficient burial service, and represent the service to a range of stakeholders.
