We are responsible for the provision of burial across six cemeteries located citywide, the management of Canley Crematorium and Gardens of Remembrance, and various other services including Public Health Funerals and post cremation memorials. Job role

Under the general direction of the Senior Burial Supervisor, and having due regard for the needs of the bereaved, be responsible for the supervision of burials, provide a caring and efficient burial service, and represent the service to a range of stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and communicate in all forms including face-to-face, in writing, and by telephone in a caring and empathetic manner with bereaved families, members of the public, and stakeholders accordingly.

You will have excellent problem-solving capabilities, in-depth knowledge, and a detailed understanding of the Local Authorities Cemeteries Order. You will also have previous experience working within the Bereavement Service industry.
