About The Role

This is a Fixed Term - Start ASAP - End Date: 3rd January. Join our restaurant team, and you’ll see that working here is about much more than just flipping burgers. It’s about having ambition and starting your Butlins journey. Working in a busy environment, so we'll make sure you have everything you need to excel. You will be required to follow our Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations. As part of our fast-moving and high-energy team, you’ll split your time between our kitchen, service area, and dining area. All while growing your skills in creating perfect products and understanding what’s behind our legendary customer experiences.

This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important. Working on our fantastic adult breaks means some shifts will go late into the night, including 4am finishes.

Key Responsibilities

If you’re someone who can put a smile on someone’s face, pick up the pace when needed, and work well as part of a team, then this role could be for you. If you enjoy helping people and can bring fun into functional tasks, you’ll fit right in. Experience is a plus but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
