About the Role

We're looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort to lead our Burger King operation. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations, helping our guests create smiles, and providing a great dining experience. You'll be part of a large team dedicated to making our guests' holiday fun and entertaining.

You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through training, coaching, and nurturing your team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards, lead your team to excellence, and ensure all brand standards and Butlin's way of working are met.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will thrive in a busy environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for ensuring brand standards are consistently met while operating efficiently and guest-obsessed. Analyzing KPIs, managing stock control, driving sales, maximizing profit margins, controlling costs, and adhering to food safety and health & safety policies are key parts of the role.

We seek someone passionate about leading by example and inspiring others to deliver memorable experiences. You should support your team's development through regular 121s and PDP discussions, fostering their growth and career progression with Butlin's.

This operational, guest-facing role involves spending most of your time within your venue and with guests, with working hours typically covering 40 hours per week across shifts from 6am to 3am.

About You

Ideally, you have leadership experience in a quick-service or fast-food environment. You should be passionate about team development, supporting your staff through coaching and 121s. Strong commercial acumen and confidence in all aspects of people management, including onboarding, PDPs, performance management, and HR processes, are essential.

You should be dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences, seeking opportunities for improvement, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with audit requirements and striving for top results are also important.
