Job summary

Kier Group in Gosport is seeking a Support Technician (Bulk Waste) to join our Services Maintenance team. You will deliver waste management services, working independently or in a team to keep void properties and communal areas clean, safe and well-maintained.

Requirements include a full driving licence, ability to work independently, and a proactive health and safety approach to meet contractual timescales. Role offers full-time hours and flexibility on scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Clear void properties of rubbish, furniture, carpets and unwanted items and dispose of materials at transfer stations.
• Manage fly tipped waste removal and bulk waste collections across sites.
• Maintain outdoor spaces by clearing litter, vegetation, and debris.
• Secure void dwellings, perform disinfestation works, and remove key safes as required.
• Plan activities to meet contractual timescales while upholding health and safety standards.
