Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Bulk Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Canning Town. You will work across multiple residential sites, removing bulk waste from void properties and delivering it to designated drop-off sites.

A full UK driving licence and CPC qualification are essential, and you will drive a 7.5-tonne company vehicle, carrying out daily maintenance checks while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence and CPC qualification are required.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensuring all bulk waste is removed from the residential sites within the agreed time frames.
Carry out day-to-day duties according to daily schedule, i.e., collecting bulk waste and household items from the PFI managed estates.
Drive the 7.5 tonne company vehicle and carry out daily maintenance checks.
Respectfully tip all collected waste at designated waste disposal sites.
Keep daily records of waste streams collected.
