Pinnacle Group is hiring a Bulk Operative to maintain external cleanliness across multiple sites in the Wandsworth area. The role involves driving a large truck and traveling between sites to remove bulk waste and ensure health and safety compliance while keeping environments clean and presentable.

We require a Full UK Driving Licence, good fitness for heavy lifting, and the ability to work independently. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with alternate weekends,

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Good level of fitness with heavy lifting
• Over 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Able to operate heavy cleaning machinery and work independently

Responsibilities

• Ensure bulk waste is removed from managed areas within agreed timeframes.
• Carry out daily duties per schedule, collecting bulk waste and household items.
• Drive the company vehicle and perform daily maintenance checks.
• Properly dispose of waste at designated sites.
• Keep daily records of waste streams collected.
