Are you an environmentally savvy property and asset professional who is passionate about looking after the environment and reducing climate change in Cornwall?
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Director of Development & Commercial Services to push forward plans to reduce our environmental impact across the business. The Built Environment Project Manager is a permanent role which will lead innovative environmental sustainability across the business with a goal to continually reduce Coastline’s impact on the environment
In this role you will take the lead in shaping and delivering forward-thinking built environment projects that support Coastline’s Environmental, Development, and Asset Management Strategies. This role is all about making a real impact by securing external funding to drive improvements in development, sustainability, energy efficiency, biodiversity and community wellbeing. You’ll turn innovative ideas into funded, measurable projects that enhance our assets and benefit the customers, colleagues and places we serve.
We are looking for someone who is a forward-looking environmental property and asset professional, passionate about sustainability and can work as part of a team, but also use initiative and work independently with an organised and analytical approach to their work. The use of Microsoft Office programmes will be essential to the role and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
