Buildings Support Co-ordinator (J4450) Southampton, England

Salary: GBP14.19 per hour

Tate are recruiting for a Building Support Coordinator to deliver a helpful and effective customer-focused support service to the Healthcare Enterprise and Innovation, including Facilities and Health and Safety, ensuring a safe environment for staff, contractors, and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Buildings Officer and the People and Business Services Team.
  2. Responding promptly and efficiently to a wide variety of queries from staff, applying knowledge of the HEI organisational structure and research programmes. Escalating complex queries as needed.
  3. Communicating with external stakeholders, answering queries, and acting as the first point of contact for the team.
  4. Supporting the Buildings Officer in providing a friendly, efficient support service, including communication with staff, contractors, and team members, managing maintenance, reactive work, and H&S issues, and assisting staff with DSE and home workstation setup.
  5. Assisting with space planning, building projects, refurbishments, and accommodation moves.
  6. Performing administrative duties such as processing new starters/leavers, managing telephony, email groups, security, coordinating H&S training, purchasing, and creating communication materials and surveys. Managing SharePoint sites.
  7. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks using systems like Planon, Agresso, Resourcelink, Office 365, etc.
