They are looking to recruit a Building Tester, where you will play a crucial role in conducting various building tests including air testing, extract testing, and smoke testing. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in building testing or familiarity with building regulations. You will also be responsible for completing paperwork and issuing certificates. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct air testing, extract testing, and smoke testing at various sites.
  • Travel to sites regularly and return to the office for administrative tasks such as writing up certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards during testing processes.
  • Interact with clients and provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Manage and maintain testing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
