Kinetic Recruitment are recruiting a Building Manager to oversee a commercial property in the Preston Brook area. This permanent role runs 8am to 6pm with a 1-hour lunch; you will be based on site and must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reception area and welcome visitors and staff.
• Liaise with tenants on a daily basis.
• Book meeting rooms.
• Check cleaning standards are being adhered to.
• Maintain building check sheets and inspect toilets/showers daily.
• Liaise with the Facilities Manager about small maintenance tasks.
• Ensure exterior presentation of the building is maintained.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants daily.
• If applicable, operate amenity area (coffee machines, vending, gym) and ensure they are operational.
• Close down the building and amenity area at end of day for the next day's trade.
• Liaise with senior management on site.
