Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Greater London to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will provide preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair building equipment under supervision.

You will review work orders, support energy management, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations while following defined procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
Basic work routines and standards in applying work.
Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by keeping building systems operating efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Communicate information clearly and concisely.
