I am looking for our next surveyor at Best Snag Scotland.

We're Scotland's only dedicated snagging company owned and operated by Chartered Surveyors.

The role would suit a current Building Surveyor or Site Manager looking for a better work/life balance. The role offers flexibility over working days.

The candidate must be MRICS or MCIOB.

Previous experience in new build site management is preferred, as all inspections are on new build properties.

£45-55K earning potential.

The role is suitable for someone self-employed or seeking to become self-employed. Full support will be provided for setup.

One survey per day ensures a good work/life balance.

Some days may finish earlier than the standard 8-5 shift, while others may require working into the evening to meet deadlines.

You can determine your own holidays, with potential to earn £45-55k annually and take 40 days holiday.

Training on systems and processes will be provided.

Must have own transport and be willing to travel east, west, and as far north as Perth, mainly in the central belt.

The individual should be punctual, well-presented, motivated, driven, and an excellent communicator prioritizing client needs and customer service.

Comfort working alone in residential houses with clients, families, and pets is essential. Being health and safety conscious and tidy is also required.
