Job Description:

Bennett & Game are proud to represent a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are currently seeking a Project Manager to join them in their rapidly growing Maidstone. The Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects across the residential, commercial, framework, and fire safety sectors and will be responsible for project delivery of these schemes. They will also be involved in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work, and specification writing.

Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Maidstone
Salary: £40k - £55k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)
Projects: residential, commercial, framework, and fire safety
Reporting to: Associate Director
Working hours: Monday to Friday
Minimum of 3 years' experience with another consultancy or client side
Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying
Full driving licence
To live within a commuting distance of Maidstone
