We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10) or Registered Building Inspector to join our team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality construction projects across Sydney while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role would be suitable for an individual who is confident in applying legislative requirements, enjoys a mix of office and site work, and values being part of a tight-knit and cohesive company that prioritises integrity, accuracy, and support.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and assess applications for Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates.
• Conduct critical stage inspections for residential buildings and issue concise and accurate reports in a timely manner.
• Act as the Certifying Authority within the scope of your registration.
• Interpret building plans and technical documents in line with the NCC and planning legislation.
• Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate compliant outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all certification and inspection activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current accreditation under the NSW Fair Trading Accreditation Scheme in NSW as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10) or Building Inspector.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Construction Code, relevant Acts, Regulations & Planning Instruments, as well as the certification and planning process.
• Solid on-site technical judgement & problem-solving experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, and a professional client-focused approach.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout Sydney.
