Location: Orpington, London (hybrid – office, home and site-based)

A respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a projects-focused building surveyor to join their established Orpington office. With a strong pipeline of both refurbishment and new build schemes across the public and social housing sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects that deliver real community value.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver project-led building surveying services from feasibility through to completion
  • Manage refurbishment, improvement, and new build schemes for public sector and housing clients
  • Prepare specifications, tender documents, and oversee contract administration
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulations, and technical standards
What You’ll Need
  • MRICS or MCIOB qualification
