On offer is a Building Surveying Project Manager position where you will be responsible for the complete management of projects from cradle to grave, ensuring everything is compliant and that projects are completed on time and on budget whilst keeping great service to clients.

This role would suit someone from a Surveying or Building Management background, looking to technically develop and take the technical lead in a company that will invest heavily in you through training and further qualifications.

The Role:

1. Complete project management from cradle to grave of building repairs and maintenance
2. Planning, Budget Control, Day to Day Management, procurement and RAMs for projects around the Bristol and North Somerset areas
3. Excellent Training and opportunity to gain further qualifications

The Person:

1. From a Building Surveying or Mechanical Background and looking to take the lead on projects
2. Looking for long term development
3. Full UK Drivers License
