Currie & Brown is seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our growing Scotland and Northern Ireland team with projects across Scotland and Northern Ireland, delivering services from condition surveys to employer’s agent and project management.

Qualifications

• BSc in building surveying or equivalent required.
• MRICS with minimum two years PQE preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; knowledge of NBS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and professional assignments from inception to completion.
• Maintain clear communication for timely project delivery and financial control.
• Assist with managing client/project teams to deliver surveying services profitably and on time.
• Visit sites to undertake surveys and liaise with subcontractors, contractors and clients.
• Ensure outputs are accurate and delivered on time.
• Represent the company professionally to build strong client relationships.
