Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to advance your career? Our client seeks an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our Leeds-based team. You will manage and deliver a variety of projects across sectors, working within a vibrant and inclusive office environment. This role involves client development, project management, and providing expert building surveying services.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive building surveying services to external and internal clients.
• Supporting and advising team members, sharing workload as necessary.
• Conducting surveys of commercial and residential properties.
• Preparing dilapidation schedules and negotiating with clients and professionals.
• Managing projects, contracts, and designs for refurbishment, conversion, and new builds.
• Preparing condition schedules and negotiating with clients' representatives.

Skills and experience required:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Experience in a consultancy or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license.
