We're working with a well-established, design-focused consultancy that's growing its Building Surveying team in Cardiff. The Role

You'll be involved in a variety of professional and project-led services across multiple sectors, such as:

  • Education - Schools, Colleges, Universities

  • Technology & Innovation

From conducting condition and defect surveys to managing refurbishment projects up to 2m under JCT and NEC contracts, you'll get a mix of responsibilities. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but you'll also be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values supporting each other.

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally 2-3 years' post-degree experience

  • Chartered (MRICS) or working towards Chartership

  • Strong project and client-facing experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

  • Ambitious and willing to learn
