You will carry out building surveys, condition assessments and dilapidations, prepare specifications and tender documents, and administer contracts on live projects across multiple sectors.

This role offers hybrid working, a clear path to MRICS progression, and frequent client engagement with a methodical, organised approach.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Building Surveying or similar; MRICS or working towards MRICS.
• A few years of UK practice experience across surveying work.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Confident client-facing with a methodical, organised approach.
• Full UK driving licence; site and client visits form part of the role.

Aufgaben

• Carry out building surveys, condition surveys and dilapidations work.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.
• Contract administration on live projects, including inspections and certification.
• Advise clients on defects, remedial work and refurbishment options.
• Support on Principal Designer and CDM-related work where relevant.
• Engage with clients, contractors and consultants across live projects.
• Work across a varied sector and service mix.
