About the Role

As an FM Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting property condition surveys, monitoring defects, and ensuring maintenance compliance.
• Assisting with the FM helpdesk and asbestos management.
• Supporting major works, maintenance, and health and safety plans.
• Working with estate management, operations, and contractors to drive cost-effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Degree educated, RICS/CIOB/MICE qualified (or extensive experience).
• Experience: Multi-site FM, civil/structural engineering, landlord/tenant legislation, and car park maintenance strategies.
• Technical Knowledge: CDM regulations, CAFM systems, asbestos legislation.
• Skills: Problem-solving, negotiation, and project management.
• Driver’s License: Full UK driving license required.
