You will deliver project management, contract administration, and professional services such as Level 3 Building Surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect investigations. MRICS or APC progress is preferred, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering building surveying across private and public sectors.
• Chartered MRICS or APC in progress preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and provide professional building surveying services.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of professional services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters, Defect diagnosis and investigations.
