Your new role
Are you a surveyor with a passion for quality and a key eye for detail? In this role, you will be at the forefront of tackling disrepair and damp issues with housing stock. This role will involve carrying out detailed property inspections, identifying building defects, and specifying remedial works for both the direct labour organisation and external contractors. Your reports will be relied upon in legal proceedings, therefore damp investigations and the provision of technical advice is nothing short of critical.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant qualification, which could be a HNC, degree or higher, in Building Surveying, or Damp Remedial Works.
  • Excellent ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Confident with both written and verbal communication approaches.
