Building Surveyor - Contract

Are you a Contract Building Surveyor looking for your next role?

We are working on behalf of a consultancy based in South East London, seeking an experienced Contract Building Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of residential projects, providing high-quality services to clients in the property and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of specifications and tender documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
2. Conducting feasibility studies to assess project viability.
3. Producing pricing documents to support project budgets and cost analysis.
4. Managing contract administration, including extensions of time, final accounts, and handling instructions and variations effectively.
5. Delivering high-standard work across various residential projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and other property enhancements.

Requirements:

1. MRICS – preferred not essential.
2. Proven experience in the residential sector.
3. Strong knowledge of contract admin, building specifications, construction processes, and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Salary & Benefits:

1. £400 - £450 per day.
